Nepal Investment Bank Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2073-05-06 at 10:45 AM that the BOD meeting of the company held on 2073-05-06 has decided to propose 20% stock dividend and 21% cash dividend to its shareholders subject to the approval of NRB and its upcoming AGM.
