NIC Asia Bank declares 26% Bonus & 15% Right share; Paid up capital to reach 6.62 arba; Shree Investment & Finance proposes 10.5% bonus share

NIC Asia Bank Limited (NICA) announces 27.37 percent bonus share and 15% right share to its existing shareholders.

As per the notice published on NEPSE today, the 279th BOD meeting of company held today (Bhadra 10, 2073) has proposed 27.37% (26% Stock and 1.37% cash dividend for tax purpose) to their shareholders from the net profit it earned in the last fiscal year 2072/2073.

The decision is subjected to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the bank’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Last year, NICA had distributed 39% bonus share to its shareholders from the profit it made in 2071/72 FY.

NIC Asia earned net profit of Rs 1.07 arba in the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2072/73 as per unaudited report. It’s paid up capital stands at Rs 4.57 arba and after the issuance of 26% bonus and 15% right share its paid up capital will rise to Rs 6.62 arba.

Shree Investment and Finance Company Limited (SIFC) has decided to distribute 10.5 percent bonus share and 0.55 percent cash dividend for tax purpose to its shareholders.

The BOD meeting held today, has proposed 10.5 percent bonus share to its shareholders from the net profit it earned in the last fiscal year 2072/73.

The decision is subjected to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the finance company’s upcoming AGM.

Last year, SIFC had distributed 11.61% bonus to its shareholders from the profit it made in 2071/72 FY.

SIFC Finance earned net profit of Rs 3.02 crore in the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2072/73 as per unaudited report. It’s paid up capital stands at Rs 22 crore and after the issuance of 10.5% bonus share the paid up capital will rise to Rs 24.31crore.
