2. Submit an Expression of Interest (EOI)

3. Receive an Invitation to Apply(ITA)
After you submit your EOI in pool whenever you selected from the pool you will receive an Invitation to Apply(ITA). If you get 140 points you will automatically receive your Invitation to Apply(ITA).
4. Submit a Resident Application:

It is to be noted that you have to submit your Resident Application within six month after receiving ITA.
5. Receive Visa:
If you complete through all above process you will be issued either a resident visa or job search visa.
Minimum Standard for Applicants:
You can include your Spouse & children in your application, but you will have to meet the below mentioned standards.
Health:
You must be healthy. If you are invited to apply for residence, you and your family will have to be assessed by a registered doctor.
Character:
You and your family must be of good character. You will be rejected if you committed serious crimes.
Language:
You and your family will need to meet a minimum level of ability in spoken and written English.
Occupational Registration:
If you need occupational registration and do not have it, you will not be able to work in your chosen occupation under the Skilled Migrant Category in New Zealand.
